Welcome back for the second episode today! Earlier we posted the conference tourney games and now we have the last regular season conference comparison. We do these, for both women and men, the first week of each month. The last one will come out after all of the postseason games are completed.

The Mountain West jumped into the top mid-major spot overtaking the West Coast Conference. The MEAC fell to 31st. The majors (ACC, Big 12, Big East, Big Ten, and SEC) held their ground. The worst best team in a conference is Howard (20-10/194) of the MEAC while the best worst team in a conference is South Carolina (12-18/227) of the SEC. The worst best team in a major conference is Florida (24-6/7) of the SEC while the best worst team in the mid-majors is S Utah (10-19/302) of the WAC. Incidentally, as soon as the basketball season is over, the WAC will change its name to the United Athletic Conference. The UAC already exists in football.
