JoJo’s Exploration or The Conference of My School

Welcome back oh great and wonderful college football fans! It’s JoJo here with another blog post! I hope that everyone is having a wonderful week so far! Happy Friday Eve! I have been looking forward to this post since my dad gave me the posting schedule! In case you are a new reader, my name is JoJo, and I go to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (will become relevant later)! Without further ado, let’s learn more about the conference with the 16th most difficult schedule!

…..

This week, we will be looking at the Southern Conference, or SoCon! Other than the SEC, the SoCon is the main conference that I especially like to keep up with during football season because the Chattanooga Mocs are a member of the SoCon! I hope the Chattanooga Mocs can be as successful in football as they were in basketball last season, but we will have to see! I want to attend many Chattanooga home games this season, and I will take pictures to potentially share in another post! For the last two years, I have attended the Western Carolina vs. Chattanooga games because I have a friend who attends Western! I look forward to going to that game specifically and I can’t wait to see who wins! The Mercer Bears led the conference last season with a record of 11-3, but I wonder if there will be another leader this season! Maybe the Bears will take the lead again or maybe another team will come out on top!

In the table below (F) indicates a game against an FCS non-conference foe, (D) indicates a game against a non-Division-I opponent, (G) indicates a game against a Group of 5 team, and (4) indicates a game against a Core 4 school. Without further ado, we are proud to present the 2025 SoCon Conference Preseason Strength of Schedule (SOS) Ranking!

…..

That’s all for today! Thank you so much for reading and especially for sharing with others! If you would like, please provide me any feedback so that I can make this blog better for you! Please make sure to check out our Facebook page and subscribe so that you never miss a posting! See y’all again in a few days for the next conference!
