Welcome back, oh great and wonderful college football fans! Although the G Man is back from his vacations, JoJo is back again with another blog post for you! the conference we will be talking about in this post has had many changes throughout its history since its founding in 1995. It seems like every season, a new team is added or a team goes to another conference!

This week, we will be looking at the 11th most difficult conference out of 25, Conference USA! Conference USA has 12 teams that are very geographically spread out across the middle to eastern United States! Two of these teams joined the conference this season! The Missouri State Bears from Springfield, MO are joining from the Missouri Valley Conference (welcome to the FBS) and the Delaware Blue Hens are joining from the CAA (again, welcome to the FBS)! I am excited to see these teams play against some familiar foes within Conference USA! Another member of the conference, the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers, includes one of my favorite mascots in college football! If you haven’t seen a picture of Big Red yet, be sure to look him up! The Kennesaw State Owls joined the conference very recently from the FCS, and I attended a game a few years ago with the G Man and my mom (shoutout Mom!) when they played Presbyterian College (take a wild guess on who won that one). I look forward to watching this conference because the teams in this conference are always fun to watch!
