Welcome back sports fans. Yesterday we talked about the conference championship games, but the FCS playoffs are in full swing. The top 8 teams were off last week during round one, but the winners of those games now face difficult hurdles. North Dakota St is trying to win back-to-back championships.

Two games are already underway. Villanova is at Lehigh, and the game is scoreless with 10:36 to go in the half. South Dakota traveled a long way to Macon, Georgia to play Mercer. The Coyotes are up 14-0 after a quarter in a hostile stadium. NDST is hosting Illinois St and North Dakota invades Tarleton for the 1:00 games. At 2:00 Yale faces a snow-covered mountain at Montana St, Steph F Austin hosts Abilene Chr, and South Dakota St makes the trip west to Montana. Late tonight in the 10:00 game Rhode Island crosses the entire continent to play UC Davis. All of the games are on ESPN+ except RISL/UCD which will air on ESPN2.
