G’s Exploration and Expectation or Com’n It’s Thanksgiving

Howdy oh great and wonderful fans. On the plus side, it’s Thanksgiving week – the time for starting the end of year gorging and feasting. On the even plusser (yes, I just made up that word) side, it’s rivalry week. FINALLY!! Great news for every team except for those whose rival had the kind of year they themselves wanted to have. I was trying to figure out what to write this week and decided two things. First, I’m taking Thursday night off because in-laws are in town and I should behave (unlikely in real life, but I need to make an attempt – that’s a joke, in case my wife reads this week). But it’s a HUGE week and I wanted to do something special for the readers, many of whom are stuck, no spending time, with relatives. So, for the first time in Blog history, and the first time in a non-bowl situation, I’m going to publish the entire prediction. I talked about the 10 FCS games Sunday night, so I’m not repeating those. There are 16 Vegas/GCR discrepancies, aka upsets, including one tonight. Northern Illinois is currently helping out the GCR with a 10-0 lead over Western Michigan as they near the half. The other games going on right now will end Akron’s year of futility as they are behind Ohio 38-3 in the 3rd. But, hey they scored, am I right? Here’s the whole list and this is the whole blog. Have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving. I’ll see all of you on Sunday with the final regular season ranking and wrapup blogs. Thanks, G
